Appoint a Data Protection Officer

If you don't have one, ADIL matches you with a Consultant DPO — appointment letter on file with the NDPC.

Document technical & organisational measures

Show you have security policies, access controls, and a breach procedure in place.

Register as a DCPMI (if applicable)

If you process data at scale, you may need to register as a Controller/Processor of Major Importance.
